This notice explains how personal data submitted through the pilot program form on sigortar.com is processed, in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The Turkish version at /kvkk is the governing text.

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number.
- Professional: agency name, approximate monthly motor renewals and anything you write in the note field.
- Security logs: IP address, timestamp and browser information recorded by the server.
Please do not include your customers' personal data in the note field. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to receive and evaluate your pilot application, contact you about it, run the pilot if you join, and keep the site secure — based on steps prior to entering a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) and legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It may be shared, only for the purposes above, with hosting, infrastructure and email service providers and with authorities where legally required. Some providers may store data outside Türkiye; such transfers follow KVKK art. 9.
5. Retention
Application data is kept for the evaluation and duration of the pilot and no longer than 2 years from the application date, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for the period required by law.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or notification of third parties, object to adverse results of solely automated analysis and claim damages for unlawful processing.
